I can't remember what they're calling it - Snowtober, Octoblizzard... well anyway we survived another rare occurrence here in the Northeast! An early snowstorm. We only had 6" of the incredibly wet and heavy snow! I've heard Massachusetts got 2 feet! So glad we didn't! We didn't lose power, it only blinked a couple of times so once again thank you Lord!!! We're feeling very fortunate that no branches came down on the house or cars. As you see in the bottom photo, I lost the top off my only maple. Darn! I love maples! I think we'll just leave the tree alone though, I'm not cutting down that one.
I have to apologize! I have been slacking lately on blogging! I have been doing some art, just not a lot of time to post about it. I promise I will try and do better!

Bummer...I wish it had been here. I love the snow. I know it will be here in MN soon enough but I for one am anxiously awaiting it. And I don't even ski!!!!
